go on holiday to anywhere but here

My travel calendar seems brimming.. hehe.. Singapore in 3 weeks time, then Morocco/Casablanca in April. Am planning to drive up to Fraser’s Hill (a local highland area) later in May and see the homegrown tulips. I find this more probable now since I can create “Someday/Maybe” goals in my GTD system and start identifying the other places I want to see. And having a valid passport helps loads too..!

But I am going away for the weekend. There’s a wedding down south and on the way back, we’ll drop by and visit my grandma. It’s been a while, an I kinda miss her too. Plus I think this’ll be a good break from routine. I know it’s a bit disruptive (I am such a creature of habit), but I think it’ll do me some good to be away from familiar surroundings. Think I’ll take the camera with me and go snap-crazy. Also, there’s that wicked shop that sells fresh bread with home-made jam that’s so good, it’s almost bad. ;)

I think I’d do well to just pack up and go somewhere. Someplace where there’s a pool for my son, a garden for me and a golf course or gym for my dad. That narrows it down.. hmmm..
