Mine is currently 24.5” (23” in a corset), but it used to be 25”. I basically stop eating when I’m full (don’t keep eating even if the food is really good!), get exercise every day, and be thankful for my natural body shape. I am terribly short-waisted, but I can still be glad that my waist stays pretty small without a lot of effort.

I just measured everything possible on my body xD
I measured 31.5” around my waist, so I’ve got 6.5” to lose. Crunches, anyone?

I have a 28 inch waist. Are there any certain tricks to this or just the natural diet and exercise bit? Certain exercises to achieve this?
Right now I have a 27” inch waist, which I’m pretty happy with but I want it smaller.
Hopefully continuing my diet and exercise will get me there before the year is over!

my current waist size is 31 in. i want to lose 6 to 7 in. of waist. there is no time limit, because i am on a liquid diet.
After 3 months corset training at night, my nature waist decreases from 32 to 30.5. Trying to find one for sleeping :)
