figure out what I want to major in

I have no lcue what i want to major in, i’m an amazing high school student, but i dont know what i want to do in college! Yeah i’m tihnking about majoring in socioaligy cause i do observe people more then the normal person, because i find people intresting not in a weird way, but i dont like any jobs that come with it. then again i LOVE make-up! i love showing and telling, and explaining to people how to use make-up, what is used for what, when to use what and all that stuff, but it just wouldnt work out if i did that because make-up “people” dont make enough money to servive on their own.

I was majoring in Architecture until today. We all had to apply to be in the program, and I didn’t make it. So now I have to figure out what I want to do. I am taking a whole mix of classes next semester to see what else I can do. German obviously, an Architectural history class, Physics and the lab, Intro to Sociology, Peoples and Societies of the World (an Anthropology class) and then a Study of Languages class, which is also an Anthro class.

This will be the semester of finding myself, for sure.

i like sports, i want to get into a college and maybe tryout for the football team.But the problem is that i dnt know what to study or major in:/
im so confused with everything that is going on.
my parents are tryn to get me in the medical field but idk yet.
what can i do to find out what i really like?
and ama get paid good for it?

Im so confused as to what i want to major in. I dont want to get stuck in a job that im going to hate or get bored with. Theres so many choices out there but i cant figure out what path i want to take. I got a job offer today with one of those people that travel around the us trying to sell things. Maybe im just loco but it actually sounded interesting lol. Driving from state to state with a group of people selling magazines.what kind of life would that lead to? anyways im on first year of college and im freaking out about this! i use to consider being a nurse but im not very good at science and psychology sounded interesting but sitting around listening to ppls problems sounds like it could get depressing i have considered majoring in a language but what kind of jobs can you get with that and i already have 3 cousins majoring in that. i guess i want to do something different but idk what or how to figure it out.I mean if i look back and consider what i take interest to its basically reading, movies and taking pictures.Help someone,anyone!how do i figure this out?!?

Next week I’m starting college at my dream school! I am so excited, especially for the opportunities this will afford me in personal growth.

I’m really looking forward to my classes, and am hoping that I will be drawn to a particular subject enough to choose it as my major.

I figured it out when I was a junior in High School…history was the only subject that kept my interest in school, which is sort of the opposite of what most people tend to say. My parents keep trying to get me to go into the education field, but that is really not my cup of tea…I plan on finishing up my degree and then go to grad school to get a degree for doing archival work…yay!
