i want to get 8 pack im 11 i started running 2 to three miles everday last week and continuing im doing a lot of crunches situps jackknifes leg lifts etc. Sadly i cant join a gym whats a good way to work obliques and get my pack

looking forward to this cuz im just starting to get a 6 pack but i weigh 260 lbs so i have no clue how much i will weigh when i get to the holy 8 lol
started lifting and excercising 2 months ago.. im 14.. i just seemed to have the 8 pack without doing much crunches etc.. i do 8 hanging sit ups every 2 days.. eat well and i got it within a month… i’ll try and help others if u need help so tap back if u got a question..
