buy my own house

Yes, I said “buy my own house” because although I have already purchases one house, it was with my ex-hubby. I want to do this on my own (as much as possible). It will probably take me a few years to get to where I can be to buy a decent house. I even know where I want the house to be located, how many bedrooms, what style, and etc :) Now lets hope the perfect house will be available when I can buy :-s

Had enough of renting and making someone else rich.Enough said.

I want to buy my own house with the money I have earned.

1.To live in.
2.To save on rent.
3.To save on income tax.
4.Possible sourse of rental income if I don’t wanna stay there.
5.Good investment.
God willing,it is possible.

It would be so nice to have my very own place, that I actually owned. I wish I had the ability to pay for a place of my own, but I can’t. Not if I live in Portland.

But hopefully, in a few years! There are so many cool houses here. I’d like to get a place here for a while, fix it up and re-sell it or rent it out.. then move to wherever my perfect town is and buy a cottage.. like an old world type. :)

I have always wanted my own Playstation Portable. This will be my chance to get one. Only that it will possibly be free.

I want to get my own house instead of depending on someone else. My house so I can do what i want when I want without bothering anyone else.

I like the benefits of living with my family like the huge amounts of money I save but they are starting to drive me insane and I would like to get out of this place and have my own house where I can make my own decisions and do just exactly what I want to do.

I’m about to get divorced, leaving the home that I’ve worked to buy for 20 years. Now I want to buy a place of my own that I can make just as I want it to be with the crazy things in that I want.

I’m sitting watching the average house drop in price by 2% a month – that’s like £3000 a month! When to buy? Can I get a mortgage? Where? How big – or more likely how small.

I know I want a house.. I wish I had one now.. and I know that now is a buyer’s market.. but I have a lot of work to do before I can get to that point.

Eventually, I would really like to buy a place in Portland, and then eventually rent it out so I can move to a small mountain town east of here.

I’ve been eyeing a house lately, although I know I can’t get it.. but it’s nice to have a goal to help set my priorities in place. Maybe in a couple years it will be possible!
