finish knitting the afghan

So I finished the bears, the scarf, the bag, the swatches, the bag, and a ton of other stuff, but the afghan may be my eternal UFO.

And both teddy bears, and the swatches for the correspondence course, and the little scarf with the Kidsilk Haze, and the handbag, and the belt, and. . . .

Well, it took me ages, but I’m done. And it feels good to be done.

I started this afghan with high hopes. More than a year ago. I’m not allowed to start any new knitting projects until I finish, and there’s this really pretty nightgown thing I want to make. (see it: http://knitty.com/ISSUEsummer04/PATThush.html) I really need to get it over with.
