Going to bed at 10pm and get up at 7am the next day makes the sleep better than going to bed at 11pm and getting up at 8am.
When I choose to sleep impact the quality a lot a lot.

Journaling my emotions and inner world also seems to help me to sleep better at night.

Got “sleeping beauty” on tape. It helped me to fall asleep much easier. Hmm…. Maybe I’ll start collecting some good bed time stories on tape!

Went to bed at 10pm instead of 12am. Slept lightly throughout the night, but it is still a night of restful sleep.

Went to church BBQ for dinner yesterday, met some fun nice people. Came home, took a drive and a walk to relax. My room temperature was turned down to 68 degrees. I slept really well for full 9 hours :)
Woo Hoo!

So far I’ve found the best sleeping pill appears to be a heart pumping, sweating rain drops workout.
And another one is surprisingly, new experience that leads to learning. It’s no wonder I slept better in my twenties.
I noticed on days when I do something like attending a lecture on a subject that’s totally new to me, I tend to sleep more soundly that night. It also seems to help if I do something like going to a concert to listen to a band that I normally don’t listen to, or do something that I have never done before like swing dancing.

Read in an article today that our brains restructure the memory when we sleep. It needs some protein and vitamins. So I’m eating a turkey sandwich at dinner time and later on snack on some blueberries. I’ll see how I sleep tonight.
