I took three years of Latin lessons, which I really enjoyed, and I even have a GCSE in it, but since leaving school I’ve never had to use it and have forgotten a lot of it. I still have my old vocab sheets and books though, so hopefully I can relearn it using those materials.

I could speak and read basic latin. I took it in grade 12 and loved it. My boyfriend bought me a “Teach yourself beginners Latin” book a litte while ago and I haven’t done any work on it since! Maybe when I get some free time!

a while ago, i stormed the local library for books on latin and sought the advice of a friend who’d taught himself the language without the assistance of a patchy seven-years-ago latin background.

I have forgotten some of my previous education on Latin, and want to expand my knowledge.

my high school latin teacher ruined it for me. my college professors made me want to give the language another shot.

...but not as much as some other things on my list. So I’m going to “give up” for now, but I’ll keep it in the back of my mind and perhaps I’ll have an opportunity in the future.

No, it’s not real Latin, but it’s funny, in a juvenile sort of way. Easy words. Anyone know?
