wherever I’d like – before I had to always have a computer available and now I can bring mine with me. I just have to learn how to use it more – I obtained a MAC this time around so I have a slight learning curve.

Might be useful once I start school, but I’d also like to be able to do more out of the house in general. My iPhone is all well and good for light surfing, but I’ll need a real system if I want to start writing more.

This is a goal that came up and had to be completed all of a sudden as my previous lap top broke down. This time we have bought above the basic model in the hope that it will last a bit more than 18 months. This lap top hss also got considerably more memory so hopefully it will be a lot faster (3GBs compared to 512mbs).

I’m looking at ordering a dell studio 17 in the next week or so and should receive it in the next 3 weeks or so…Just in time for the cruise I’m going on and the next semester of school. I’m just going to need to find someone with knowledge about computers to help me customize it to my needs.

My dad bought me a laptop

I asked my dad if he could buy me a laptop for christmas and he was like “NO!!!!” so I just said to myself that I would save up and buy one eventually. My dad then surprised me by buying a laptop for me like 2 or 3 weeks later. I was sooooooooooo happy. I give God thanks for the laptop. It is such a blessing to be able to go on the internet from the comfort of my own bed. It does have its cons like staying up on youtube into the wee hours of the morning lol but apart from that I think this is really making my life so much better. I need to try and cut down the amount of time that I am on my laptop and try to spend more time with my dad and doing other valuable things.
