give back to my parents

I was such a pain in the arse growing up-it wasnt until I moved more than 1000 miles away did I ever realize how great my parents truly are. Now every day I make it a point to speak with them on the phone, tell them i LOVE them. In 3 weeks my husband is flying to their home only to drive them right back here for a 2 week vacation-because my dad wont fly.
It isnt gigantic things that you do for your parents, its every day small things that mean the world.

Every day, small things. It all adds up.

My mom and dad each gave me some money to use for a downpayment on my house 3 years ago. I am trying to save up enough money to be able to pay them back sometime soon

once you’ve done it – you’ll want to give back again and again and each time at a whole new level!

hint: make sure you discover your gift and give em a passion for life only you can! ;)

I may never be able to totally repay my parents for all they do – but my sister and I are going to show our appreciation for them this year for their annaversary by sending them on a cruise. I know they will really enjoy this – they have never taken a real vacation and my dad has been talking about doing this for years now – but they never seem to endulge themselves in these types of things – so we decided to do it for them. I know they will really enjoy it.

I have the most wonderful parents. All my life they have supported me and encouraged my dreams (even when they are crazy). Sometimes I just sit and cry thanking God for them – they have provided for me all my life (even when they didnt have much) – and still they help me when I need it. I owe them so much - not just money but my whole life. I wouldnt be who I am or who I am going to be without thier love and support - how do you repay that—they are truly the best parents one could ask for and I just pray one day somehow I can show them how much they mean to me.

I can’t afford to provide everything for them yet but I’m working on this in little steps. For now, I can take care of business issues they don’t understand and social security signup. Then, when I win that lottery or patent an invention that brings me millions, I’ll check this one off the list.
