Ok first off, 100 lbs is not underweight for someone my height (5’1) with a small frame… and yes, this will be done healthily :)

Yeah, so I realized that losing 15 pounds in less than two weeks was a bit of stretch, even for me, but I never thought I’d completely go hog wild and gain 2 pounds instead of lose. Thus, I feel disgusting so I’m starting an actual diet plan, part of which is to stay under 1000 cals daily. I’d like to be at 103/105ish by the time winter break is over around January 15th, so that gives me plenty of time. Haha, especially since at least half of the weight I’ve gained is medication induced, so hopefully now that I started something to counteract that weight loss will be easier.
I also decided that I would be totally fine with eating healthy as long as I’m under 105 pounds. So that’s a good change in my eating attitude at least!

HELP!!! I used to weigh 135 but I gained 6 lbs!!! I’m only 5’3” and wear size 6 pants (gross*) I want to be 100 lbs soooo bad!!! I’ve been doing 3 mile workout video 6 days a week and I don’t know what more I need to be doing… I’ve looked up ways to speed up metabolism… I’m doing all the right things but i’m not losing any…. I hate my fat self….
Everyone knows american’s are hugely overweight and I don’t want to go overseas and have people look at me and think “typical fat american”.
I plan on losing 25 lbs before I go and that’s at the end of January. . . I need some major help. I’m going to do a juice fast for a week starting tomorrow and I’m not going home for Thanksgiving – too many temptationsssss.
Cheer me or give me some of your tips & advice. I need all the support I can get.

I felt as if I was getting a little closer by weighing 124 and then I messed it all up once school started. I need to stop snacking afterschool! That’s it! No more lunch on weekdays!
It would be so much easier if I could somehow make myself like exercising. >_<
I have a WiiFit now, and it weighs me everyday.

I weighed 105 a couple of months ago but have gone up a little again. So annoying. I always snack when i am work.
