See for myself that the earth is round.

The last time we had a lunar eclipse I could see the earth’s round shadow as it began to darken the moon. Then, the moon turned blood-red. As the moon left the earth’s round shadow you could clearly see that the earth is indeed, round. As we know, shadows show the form of an object.

I could set sail in one direction and not stop until I’m home again or I could journey north of the Arctic Circle around the summer solstice and spend a night watching the sun circle above the horizon.
