I also had a huge addiction, but my smoking gun was diet coke. I drank 7-8 cans or sometimes bottles a day for nearly 10 years. I know how people feel, headaches, migraines, joint pain, fatigue and the list goes on and on that I experienced. Anyway, I broke my habit by accident but my suggestion is to get off diet drinks for good, you will feel so much better and your symptoms just might go away.

mmmm mmmm…okay I give up…I have cut back. I drink about 2 cans a day. I thought about it…and why should I bother. I like it…I enjoy it. So to hell with this goal…if I get back to drinking 2 litres a day…I will rethink it…but as of now..to hell with it. 6 years ago

Seriously, the stuff is not good for you! I have tried to cut back, but to no avail. Lately, I have been drinking more coffee and I am hopeful that that will alleviate some of the DP consumption. I know coffee isn’t so good for me either, but at least it is just the caffeine and not any of the chemicals! 7 years ago
