First yoga class in a month and a half yesterday. My arms are sore, but the rest of me held up pretty well!

I used to practice yoga, but injuries and a bout of severe heartbreak left me fairly inactive for far too long. I thought I’d resume my practice by spending 10 minutes a day doing some gentle restorative poses and work my way up to a daily, hour-long practice. My body feels stiff and my spirit weak. I know that yoga is good for both those things.
