build a joystick from scratch

As of this moment, I’m not building a joystick from scratch. I am, however, looking into installing new buttons and other things to my Hori.

I’m also looking into what kind of ink I can use on the shiny Hori plating so I can draw something on it. I’d also have to find a good sealer that wouldn’t be sticky and not interfere with play.

I HAD a joystick in the works until my exboyfriend’s brat cousin broke the thing apart leaving only the joystick unscathed. It was painful to hear over the phone. Maybe one day I’ll invest the time getting parts together.
