Well, I’m getting my lazy butt away from the computer and downstairs to have breakfast!

Been slacking on this one and really feeling the effects.
Breakfast is just not the first thing I think of when I wake up. And by the time I’m getting hungry, its more a late lunch…then lunch happens at, oh, 3 or so. Then dinner’s moved back to 8 and I’m in bed at 1-2.
I’m going to give this one some thought this morning, to see what I can do practically to work on this.
So far, so good. Biological clock seems to be kicking back in! Speaking of, its time for bed :)
Awake at 9-9:30, eat breakfast (first thing! No putting it off).
Lunch by 12:30-1:00
Snack at 3:00
Dinner by 7:00 or so (amazingly, following this schedule, I’ve gotten rid of my late night munchies)
Cool down by 11:30 and asleep by 12:00.
So far this is working well :)
Ok…motivated to do this because I wish to care for my husband and family better. If I don’t eat, I become a huge grouch, so in order to care for them kindly, I have to do this. Made some yummy scrambled eggs this morning.
Ugg…forgot to eat breakfast again! Not good cause then come the headaches and dizziness…must have protein! And I’ve sort of haven’t eaten lunch either.
