I’ve lined up my references - my two stupendous “sponsors” - who very generously have agreed to write letters of recommendation. I have an appointment with the photographer for tomorrow afternoon, following which I’ll have a COMPLETE set of slides to send with my application. YAY! And by the end of tomorrow I will have crafted the “reasons i want to come to Yaddo” statement. Just need to keep focus ahnd courage to see it through—amid the holiday crush where I have to take care of so much stuff for OTHER people, bless ‘em.
