I walked around uptown. (30 minutes) Then I walked to DQ then work! (22 minute walk there). I guess it sucks that I go for the milkshakes & ice cream during/after my [exercising] periods.
I exercised! (Not that it’ll benefit me.) * I got some air! Not fresh air. But the polluted stuff. But hey. Air is air.

Yes. I did yoga today. I bought a book-program thingy a few months back. It has a ‘work-out’ for every day of the week. It’s super! I just gave up a few weeks after I got it.
So! I started back up again this morning. It was amazing. It cleared my mind. And it made me think I was thin. Who would have thought. :P

I have a goal of losing 50 pounds. Another goal of getting out more. So my goals somewhat lean on eachother.
I exercised yesterday and this morning. It wasn’t even for long, but it was good enough because I’m aching, haha. I did sit-ups, push-ups (kind of), jogging in one spot, walking to the bus stop (like I do everyday). But yeah—the sit-ups and push-ups are brand new to me. Which is probably why I gave up so quickly. * I would go running but I can’t run .. plus I would like a running buddy. :)
Plus! I ate better this morning. I had Special K w/ skim milk & some OJ! Good or what?! Wooot!
No pain, no gain. I suppose. :P
