Lolly just is.
Did the glossing around the window frame and have spent most of today sorting the living room out. Will paint the final bit when I can get to it hahah.
How I did it: I got the idea in my head that I wanted to redecorate my living room and so I did it! and on a budget too :) my husband wanted a leather couch and I wanted a cloth one, so we compromised, he got a leather love seat and I got a cloth loveseat. Since there are just the two of us we dont need a big couch so it worked out perfect. I got throw pillows to match his and vice versa to match mine, so they go great together. Also we found them for a GREAT price.

Myself and a few friends did the majority of the painting and gloss work yesterday. There’s a tiny bit left around the fish tank and the window frame to do and then it’s the mammoth task of putting everything back where it was. :P
MorningThunderstorm Whoo hoo!
This weekend I finished everything I could do myself…
I painted everything… Cleaned up my mess. Got a flatscreen TV (I have a very little living room and this will free up a lot of space… And it was on sale!)
Cleaned the kitchen of dust…
Now I just need my couch. I wanted to have all this done before the couch was delivered.
My boyfriend is also putting shelves in the closet for the dvd player and FIOS box and all that so it will look neat.
To Do:
Get couch delivered
Veg out (technically I did this yesterday, but I want to do this on my new couch)

Primed yesterday… It finally seems like everything is coming together. Even more so after I paint.
I have been doing all this after work, so I can only get a little done a day.
I found the tv I want to get. This weekend I am going to go buy it
To Do:
Paint
Move everything back into living room so it is not in my kitchen anymore
Get flatcreen TV
Clean the rest of the house because (despite my best efforts) there is sanding dust EVERYWHERE

It looks like a disaster. Like a really back home improvement show.
There is dust everywhere from taking the texture off the ceiling and sanding down the wood paneling. Pieces of plaster and brick that fell out of the wall when my boyfriend was doing the electrical work.
Apparently in the wall, there was a major fire hazard in the wiring that the boyfriend found. That could have been very very bad.
I still need to finish sanding the walls (so I can stain it) and the ceiling so it is smooth. Then clean up dust, and paint.
Deep breathes. I can do it.
MY LIVING ROOM IS SMALL I WANT TO REALLY TO SHOW IT BIGGER AND HAVE GOOD SPACEI WAS THINKING ABOUT GIVING IT A GREEAN COLOUR I LOVE ITPLEASE HELP
