    I’ve lost 13 lbs and my eating habits have changed dramatically. I feel healthier, look better, and have more energy so I consider this goal accomplished! Raslalique was here through all the ups and downs so I must say MUCHAS GRACIAS to her! Good job on accomplishing this goal Ras, MUWAH!!! Like her I still need to lose a few more pounds so a new goal is needed. Since I recently decided to train for a marathon I feel confident that I’ll be able to lose another 20 lbs by May 2006 (hopefully sooner but I don’t want to be too ambitous!). Skinny jeans here I come!!!

    This week has been a total disaster for my exercise routine! I went to workout last week and left my keypass in the gym. As soon as the door locked behind me I realized I’d dropped my key, so I planned to go to the leasing office first thing in the morning so they could let me in the gym to get it. When I went back the next morning someone had stolen my card and it’s going to cost $75 to replace it. DAMNIT!!! Oh well, I’ve been mourning my $75 for the past week so I’m going to breakdown and buy another one tomorrow. Aside from that, my eating habits have been great and I lost a few pounds without incorporating any cardio. Do you think that I can lose 10 pounds in the next two weeks if I exercise everyday?

    Starting date/weight: Jan 6th, 166 lbs
    Goal weight: 145 lbs
    Lost this week: 3 lbs
    Total loss: 11 lbs
    Current weight: 155 lbs
    Target date: 11th Feb. 2006

    Back in Stride Again (part 2) 3 years ago

    My diet, exercise, and eating healthier regimen is going better than I expected! I’ve lost a few pounds since I took this picture and my stomach has toned up tremendously. I need to lose 13 pounds before the Murder/Mystery dinner at my high school which may pose a problem, but I plan to take things one day at a time. For now on I’m going to borrow Galishka’s weight loss chart to keep me focused:

    Starting date/weight: Jan 6th, 166 lbs
    Goal weight: 145 lbs
    Lost this week: 3 lbs
    Total loss: 8 lbs
    Current weight: 158 lbs
    Target date: 11th Feb. 2006
    166 lbs is the biggest I have been in my entire life and
    it hurts my heart to see those numbers staring back at me.
    I’m going to lay in my bed and cry in despair all night!!!

    I am attending a murder/mystery dinner to benefit my high school in February and come hell or high water I must lose 15 pounds! The holiday season was brutal on my figure but I have faith that through exercise and will-power (put that chocolate danish down Bryce!) I can overcome my weight problem. There is no way that I feel like seeing my former classmates in my present state… I’ve gained 30 pounds since senior year of high school:(

    Finally... hope! 4 years ago

    I went grocery shopping and got strictly healthy food. It’s strange because most people gain weight around the holiday season but I always lose weight. Last year from December 26th to January 14th I lost 13 pounds, I’m hoping to do that again (and keep it off this time for heaven’s sake)!

    It’s impossible, I keep over-eating and the only exercise I get is walking around campus like a maniac! Maybe I’ll get my body together by January… the sad thing is that my man likes my body so I feel like I can get away with being chubby:( Help!!!!
