Working on 50 gallons of wine right now with my Dad.. awesome experience. Need to find a good vineyard in Washington to get grapes from next year.
I’m eligible for getting agricultural land in Hawaii and I’m hoping that starting a winery would be a good thing.

Wow things are going great! I’ve sold out on both rose petal and blue berry wine. 26 cases of each.
Production is my biggest concern right now
wow less than 3 weeks to go. filtering and bottling this weekend. I have a group of friends coming in next weekend to finish remodeling. I’m so overwelmed right now it’s ridiculous, but I’m loving it.
Opening with Plum, blueberry, apple,apple christmass elderberry, strawberry, rose petal and sunflower wine.
Kids and I spend all day cutting up crushing 200 lbs of plum for 50 gal of plum wine.
Also started 50 gal of strawberry wine and 50 gal of rose petal wine.(Our specialty)
blue berry wine starts next week and 200 gal of apple two weeks later
Very exited and having a great time
Got my permit in the mail yesterday. State permit to finish basicaly a Rubber stamp and fees.
Ready to start fermenting next week!
Pheasant Crest winery is ready to fly.
Moving forward, application process finished with the ATTB (feds) about six weeks ago. The feds have been great to work with. Hats off to Ms. Harris!!!!
If you do this make sure that you proof read your bond any mistakes and you have to do it over again. (three times a charm)
The production area is almost finished. Just need to lay tile.
