How I did it: I just honestly held each item up and asked myself;
when did you last wear it, does it still fit, do you look like an idiot in it, etc. I got rid of about 9 things. its not loads but its a start. i took them down to the Salvation Army this morning and handed them in. easy!

and figured out which ones to donate and which I actually wear. I just need the paper sacks and the initiative to take them out of my closet and start folding. I hate folding.
