After huge dinners today and yesterday and staying up late, I have decided that I really, really, really need to start working out more.
So, it’s back to morning/night sets 100 crunches/bridges, 20 pushup and 40 caporeia style lunges.

So, it’s back to morning/night sets 100 crunches/bridges, 20 pushup and 40 caporeia style lunges.
100 situps and bridges this morning,
another 100 of each to finish.
I’m goign to have some sick hips, abs and butt after this.
Let’s add the side to side movement.
I’ve always looked lean but in reality my body fat is up to 35%, believe it or not – in other words, I think I really ought to do something about it, like get it down to lean athlete level so my arms and abs really show off all the hard work I’ve been doing on them.
