Cdngirl2 I'm back!!! Did you miss me?
I recently purchased a great exercise video and really enjoy doing it but I have lower back and wrist issues and have noticed that my back seems more irritated (even though I have made modifications to the movements). Should I just keep working through it or mix it up with other exercise activities like walking? (My knee also hurts today).
I really don’t want to lose this new found momentum as I am interested in shedding a few pounds but I’m wondering if I’m going at it too hard. My husband says that it’s in my head and that I should be able to do it every day since “bodies are made to move”, as he puts it.
Advice?
