    Well, at the top of my list for Santa this year is 3 years ago

    a book and CD by Rollin Rakhele (sp?), which was recommended to me by the workshop teacher who introduced me to this practice a few years ago.

    (Immediately after the class, I’d approached him to ask about studying with him, but he was leaving for Plum Village that week. I’d still like to work with a teacher, but I’m really hoping for the CD as a good start).
