That’s what the scale said this morning. I’ll calibrate the scale and check it again tomorrow.
How I did it: Cut back my meat intake again, down to about one meal per week. Still walking when the weather is nice, but I've been driving when it's cold/raining/snowing. Over the past year I've just formed better eating habits, and being a little more active.
Lessons & tips: You can't do this by dieting - it has to be a lifestyle change. Change the way you think about food, about exercise, about health in general.

I have already dropped ten pounds, down to 190. Dropping those ten feels GREAT.
That’s from eating cooked vegetables at every meal, eating lots of fish, and basically eliminating grains and sugars. (Except for honey.)
If I can get down to 180, then that would be the time to look at some weightlifting, I think.

I weighed in this morning at 178 lbs. Hopefully it won’t spike back up next week, but I’m going to mark this as done.

Somehow I managed to lose a pound and a half over the holidays.
I’ve let myself go again, and now it’s time to work towards a goal. Goal #1 is 180 lbs. The ultimate goal will be 150lbs. According to the BMI that’s still “above healthy”, but I tend towards a mesomorphic body type, so I am satisfied with being slightly high in the BMI.

Yeah! I finally hit 180 last friday. I’m not counting this as done yet, not until I’m UNDER 180, and with all the Halloween junk I’ve been eating lately, I wouldn’t be surprised if I go up again this week.

Still hovering around 183. I’m wondering if I’ve hit sort of a limit. I’m within the high end of my BMI… just barely.
Of course, I’ve also been eating some junk in the way of cookies, chocolate bars, and chips this week, and my exercise level has dropped off. With daylight ending earlier I find it more difficult to get out of the house. I’ll be joining a gym soon.

This week, for the first time since I started tracking my weight, I have gained some pounds. Two, to be exact. I’m up to 184 again – just outside my BMI.
Really have to cut out those cookies, and get more exercise.
