i did 3 home workouts last week 2 weeks ago

but they were more than cancelled out by gorging myself on holiday food. o well

but i have a really good excuse – it’s the 7th day in a row i’m working – at least i’ll be able to pay those holiday bills

i left my wallet at work which had my gym id and everything else 1 month ago

i did get a workout monday but tomrow is thursday already

bike 1/2 hour – treadmill 1/2 hour – i’d like to a couch to 5k without actually running a 5k though

Did a home workout saturday for a 3 days this week 1 month ago

Didn’t get the extra workout in but i made the minimum. keeping my head above water for now. last week coming up. will probably keep the goal stable for the month of december before upping it since i’m not surpassing.

Failed this week to make 3rd workout in week 2 1 month ago

I did major cleaning of my place to satisfy my other goals and just couldn’t make it to the gym. Well I guess we can always make excuses but I just had to prioritize. I hate cleaning far more than working out. i probably should have made this work out 12 times in November but actually this is better. I want to make it a habit and i think setting mini-goals every week is the best way to establish it.

Next week i’ll try to add a 4th workout to make up for it.

easy workout – i’m going to have to step it up next. for now, i just want to make sure i’m getting my butt in the gym

Monday 1st Workout of the week 1 month ago

I did a kind of easy workout. 30 min on bike; 15 min on elliptical but not strenuous at all. It seems to make my sinuses act up.

Day 3 and 4 1 month ago

Today and yesterday. Today was an easy day. Yesterday I did weights. Have a bit of a stuffed head which the exercise seems to be making worse but i think it’ll blow over.

Made 1/4 of this goal. 3 more weeks to go!
