Riot, don't diet. 9 months ago

I REFUSE to add any weightlosing goal, because I don’t want or need to lose weight. Nor do I want any crazy muscles.
All I want is to build some strength to my body, because I feel that my body is weak. I rarely exercise (if ever), but now I’ve started to go to gym every now and then. I need to go there more often though, in order to reach this goal. I want my body to be stronger and in good shape. Then I’ll be happy. Period.



I was a little shocked 10 months ago

when I found that I couldn´t do Crane pose anymore, my arms will start shaking and I just collapse ;) Too bad as this is my favorite yoga pose!! So it`s back to working out more.

After not running for the whole week I ran in the sunshine this morning, maybe 6k + a lot of stretching + 100 sit ups

I was feeling a bit low on Sunday and only did 5k, but I guess that was still better than not running at all :-(

10k again today – we can absolutely do it!! Can`t wait for the race!!

Went for a run with my sister – it was a lot more “natural” than my usual runs as we used this mud trail in the woods – and it went up and down a lot, and she made me sprint…very demanding :-)
