OMGOSH. My mind (the hypochondriac part) said “Make her stop! Get out of here ASAP! That feels weird! That hurts!” but my body said “Oh, shut up!”. I really thought she was going to knock me out when she put pressure in a few places. As much as my mind was racing I noticed my heart beat was strong but very calm and peaceful. It was amazing… and I’m going back. Anyway I was scheduled for a 30-minute Swedish massage today but I got a Swedish massage mixed with Deep-Tissue. I loved it.

My friend Pii Kwun is the best. I popped in places I never knew I could. My muscles are so relaxed! In Thailand, you only have to be trained for a couple of weeks to be certified, but I hear it’s a pretty intense training. If Thai masseuses were in the States, they could charge hundreds an hour… so I’m glad I came to Thailand or I could never afford it!
Save your change (pennies, nickles, dimes, quarters) and get at least one massage a year.
I went and got a couples massage with my friend Shannon. It wasn’t nearly long enough but soooo amazing. This is so worthwhile and worth the money.
My fiance bought me a package to Balance Day Spa here in Greensboro a couple of months ago for our 5-year anniversary—which included a massage. :) It pretty much rocked my world.
