do something nice for my parents

I’m about to graduate college in May, and I should be getting a full-time job this summer. FINALLY I can start saving up to buy them something really nice to show my appreciation. They have put me entirely through college, tuition, living expenses, and even book costs when I couldn’t cover them myself. As soon as I get a job, I can finally put a few hundred dollars away a month. Hopefully it’ll start adding up pretty soon and be a nice surprise when they can finally take a trip somewhere nice/buy a hot tub/whatever they may want!

Short of winning the lottery, however, I’m not sure just how yet. They’ve done everything for us, College, helped us with our first homes, Cars, Insurance, and not very much for themselves. My dad is 56, and I want to make sure he has something great to retire to. Once I get some extra $, I think I’ll start a savings account in honor of paying my parents back.

Plus helping Mike. And calling more. For now.
