Being able to eyeball ingredient amounts when baking & knowing that it will come out perfectly puts one in or near the master baker category. Knowing the right feel for dough, whether a pie crust, bread or cookie, means that you could practically make it with your eyes closed. Of course, this probably also means I would also be in the master eating class as well. YIKES! 7 years ago
