do 3 nice things every day...because I remember hearing somewhere that maybe all the world's problems could be solved if everyone did 3 nice things a day

Half day of school yesterday, so I had two little girls come home on the bus so their parents didn’t have to juggle child care… and then they all made cookies – this counts as three, right? :)

let carpool buddy “get it all out” without interrupting or offering advice
took treats to folks at meeting

Yesterday I shopped for my MIL, covered Family Frolic at church for the usual organizers, and … must have been something else… showed superhuman patience with LG.

On reciclyng and disposal of pet bottles, for a high school program. cooked for the family, ran two loads of the washer. Like long road ahead, this has to be things done outside the job.

This one is pretty easy with my job (nursing) & because I’m just a “people-person” SO I’m challenging myself here ~ NONE of these needs can be done @ work from here on out!! This will prove challenging as pretty much all I do is work these days (two full-timers) but I have to reread the goal & remember my place on this blue/green planet & fulfill this nonetheless!!

I’m going to count making encouraging comments to my 43T friends as three nice things, and inviting great folks to join some new goals as three more nice things!

I have done nice things today for eleven people. Their diseases are environmental (respiratory irritation due to the exhalations of the volcano) I wish they learned to wear a scarf or a moth cover when the annuncement is made by the news. I was nice to them in a pedagogical fashion, trying to teach them about the consecunces of not taking care for not watching the news.
