How to use my gym membership
How I did it: After having a gym membership for a few months and not really using it, I convinced my sister to join and we committed to going 4-5 times a week. I lost 20 pounds in the first 3 months and have now lost about 50 since joining the gym. I couldn't live without it.

Tuesday … brought my gym gear in today for my first visit of the month. It’s getting too cold to run outside now, so I hope to really use my membership over the coming weeks!
..... and I went and it was great!
Saturday … also made it on Saturday. The gym is lovely and empty on Saturday and way more relaxing than during the week.
I hope I somehow went in the last month – but cannot remember!
Anyway – have been twice this week – Tues and Wed – felt good!
Went to gym – 30min run all I could manage! v v bad. Was just so exhausted – not sure why – prob the heat.
I made it to the gym! Monday perfect as get it out of the way early on in the week.
Did 30 min running and a little bit of weights work with 3kg weights (2 sets, biceps and back).
Felt good!
Such a waste! Will aim low for this month and next – at least 2 times a week. If I can find two classes I like, I should be on my way …
i’ve had my membership for the last few months but i’ve only been once, tomorrow that changes! i think it will be safe this goal will be accomplished was i go 5 a times a week for a month.

Work has been the number one reason I have not been using my gym membership as it has closed by the time I have finished work. However, I did go when I could so tick for this goal.
