starting tomorrow! 5 days ago

i’ve had my membership for the last few months but i’ve only been once, tomorrow that changes! i think it will be safe this goal will be accomplished was i go 5 a times a week for a month.

Managed 30mins on the bike and only about 15 on the cross trainer because i started feeling unwell.

But I went! Ohhh yes!

I was going to go today 1 month ago

Alas I didn’t it hit me last night that my first exam is on Monday. It takes me 3 hours to get to and from the gym, get ready, have a 1 hour work out and shower. Time I just don’t have right now.

I might try and make it to yoga on Sunday though… I’ll class it as a stress reliever – which I desperately need right now!

Maybe I’ll rent a DVD as well… just to get my moneys worth!

I was soooo up for going after work today! 1 month ago

But in my hurry to get out of work I fell up the stairs and I’ve completely busted my knee. I can’t see it getting any better soon :(

I’m okay with the gym once I get there, but I’m just lacking motivation to get off my fat arse and go!

Work has been the number one reason I have not been using my gym membership as it has closed by the time I have finished work. However, I did go when I could so tick for this goal.

Day one! 1 month ago

I had a 30 minute induction this afternoon with a geeky little guy, glad he wasn’t all muscly and hardcore though :P
Then I spent a further hour at the gym!

And it’s strangely addictive!



Down Month. 3 months ago

Been very disappointed in my gym attendance for March. Late nights at work, some PT sessions have left me sore, and I havent been in the right mood.I have been, just not enough.

Next week I am going to get back on track with nightly visits again.



Nearly 3 months 4 months ago

I am approaching my third month of using my gym membership.

Last week was the only week I didn’t exercise – and that was to do with the break-up with my partner (no excuse, really).

But I am proud that I have stuck to it. :)
