I weigh 82.2 kilos right now. Wanna get it down to 70 around march next year. The sixpack should show about then.

Who wouldn’t want a six pack?

The end is near 2 years ago

More than a year now I am exercising regularly. I do sports every day and abdominal exercises 3 times a week. I lost all unnecessary fat except on my stomach.

All fat in my body has gathered itself directly underneath my navel. Has anyone any idea how to get rid of this?

Wow, I started this goal a long time ago. I am seeing some definition, but it seems to come and go! Maybe it is just going into convulsions after my ab workout and has settled down now to where my stomach can take back over :P

Things I have decided to do to achieve my goal. 3 years ago

I recently started going to a personal trainer who will help me in conditioning, with this happening and eating the right food, my Abs should come out hopefully soon. I used to have my abs visible in the past and it is my goal to make them defined once again. I will try to jog 30 minutes on empty stomach every morning, train with personal trainer on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and go to the gym on the rest of the days, or train with my boxing bag at home. I will also have 1-2 days off for recovery, where I may fill this up with learning yoga.

I find if you do a few exercises just before bed everynight like crunches , and sit ups its quite easy! i tie my heels to the bottom of my bed so i dont move and just work away til i get tired or my muscles get sore! give it a shot

Heh it is worth doing! 3 years ago

Yeah, the best way to get a six pack is to do setups. Start with a LOT of slow ones. Like 200 in the course of 10 to 15 minutes. Your ultimate goal is to be able to do a lot in a timed environment. Myself, I used the Marine Corps PT test to rate myself until I was in the “A” catagory. Currently, every night, I do 100 set-ups in under 2 minutes. Work towards a goal in set-ups and you will inevitably reach it with dedication. :)
