This is going pretty well. I’ve revised some of my guidelines: for instance, it is just about impossible for me to avoid eating for the two hours before bed time. My work schedule and the time required by my children upon our return home just makes this a pipe dream. However, I’ve gone on sugar and caffeine detox, have been keeping to whole grains, and improved my intake of fresh vegetables, fruit and protein. Yay me! 6 years ago
