Still doing well on this goal. Realize tha YoGA is not a goal just a process. Of course I’ve known it was a process since it has been in my life practice for so many years. What it takes is for me to set my mind and tell myself that I am GOING to start. Then get up and put my mat on the floor and turn on the TV set and put the DVD or tape in and press the button. once that happens I do the class, but I see how I want to sit and waste my time typing on Facebook or some other easy divirsion. I am keeping with this goal three times a week but my body needs more discipline on Yoga, IE I need to up my goal to 4 times a week.
So my best effort for the next six months yoga four times a week strating on Friday – Thursday.

I’m doing yoga at least three times a week right now…I do a class at the gym now and then but lots of my Yoga is with a Rodney Yee video in the mornings, in my livingroom.
My waist is smaller and my shoulders and neck and back are so much straighter. I’m thrilled
Keep that Yoga candle burnng…

Doing good on this. Sometimes five times a week keeps my head sane.

I really dislike New Years resolutions, so this is not one. I have however, been more physically active this past week than I have been in recent months, and it feels great. Unfortunately I won’t be able to bring the lake or snow or health center back with me to NY, so I want to re-engage myself with something i already know that I like.Yoga. It helps me relax too.

I do yoga three times a week now, unless I’m 1) very sick, 2) out of town, or 3) have a meeting that makes going to class impossible. Otherwise, I go. It feels good.

Ok, so it was a long time ago that I wrote on this, a very long time but that is OK. I haven’t done yoga four times a week in the past seven months, I have perhpas done yoga 2 times a week in the past seven months. I am not going to kick myself in the tush about that, no way. So what that I couldn’t keep up with the four times a week. Four was not realistic, not with everything that has happened to me in the past months. I have been through so much and what I want to say is that I didn’t give up on this goal altogether, I just couldn’t do it as much as I expected to do. I have been riding my bike most mornings before work and keeping with an exercise prgram to keep my stress level down. My husband is currently experiencing a 8 millimeter hematoma in the entire lieft side of his brain since May and of course in our wonderful United States of america they eliminated his job becaseu he can’t do it right now. But the hematoma is now down to 5 millimeters and no he is not healed entirely by any stretch of the imagination but the headaches are so much better for him right now and I am totally convinced that him losing this position will lead to another path in life that will be a much more positive work enviornment. Meanwhile, we are keeping on track with our marriage and darn I love that guy. So that is what I wanted to say this morning and I will edit my goal that automatically comes into my e-mail box. I will say two times a week and be proud that I am doing that.

All I’m doing right now is practicing my ballroom dancing. One day I would like to do yoga EVERY DAY b/c it’s awesome but I can’t do it right now. (OMG, I’m being honest with myself and others!)

Ok it is now thursday and I just did Power Yoga by Rodney Yee this morning before work. Monday – Weds I did NO Yoga. I felt it in my attitude. My computer at work would not send and receive mail and the internet was down so I spent days getting it repaired which put me way behind both on my work and my writing life. Yoga was the last thing on my mind and if I could have mustered up the focus to get on the mat and start I would have felt better. But I didn’t I was just exhausted every day and worked late on top of that. So I must do a class every day now to keep up with my goal.

This is an easy entry, not like the novel one. So far, I did yoga three times this week and have Sat and Sunday to get at least one more practice session done. No problem.
