    I currently coach a 16 & under girls club team. While it can be frustrating at times, it is very rewarding to see how much each player grows and developes thru the season.

    Volleyball is great, and so is coaching my little sisters team. It’s very rewarding to pass on your knowledge and see the team members improve so fast.
