    I haven’t done much to regain my fluency this month. I need to set aside some time to read in Russian. Maybe I should read the Russian new sites instead of CNN and MSNBC. Luckily, I will be going back to the States this month so I can get some of my books from DLI.

    I was good enough that I worked as a translator and interpreter after college… but I haven’t used it regularly in 10 years.

    Just one more skill fading away…

    I haven’t actively used my knowledge of Russian in about ten years. I worked so hard to learn it and I’m afraid that it’s going to disappear if I don’t start actively using it again.
