learn how to drive a motorcycle

and gas prices are so insane! Driving my car is getting really expensive. Gotta get on this and learn how to ride a motorcycle, it’ll be cheaper.

I wanna learn how to Ride a bike.. I’ve rode on one years back but I wasn’t the driver.. I know how to ride an ATV but I’m sure they are way diffrent compared to a regular motorcycle.

It’s not for looks as to why I would want to ride it…(some people do that)

I think its more of the RIDE the Thrill the speed, the POWER AND MOST OF all.. the cost of GAS.

I was sooo close a couple of months back.. as far as enrolling myself into lessons.. but of course my signifigant other shut me down… told me I’m pretty daring and reckless and it was just a matter of time should I proceed that I would get hurt.

How would he KNOW if I never even got a chance? He’s such a PUNK ASS..such a kill joy.

ok, so I’m telling myself inside.. after competition is done.. I’m enrolling.. and then… I’m buying one.. SCREW WHAT HE SAYS…

ITS WHAT I WANT.

my dad has a motorcycle I can learn on.. and use all the time once he fixes the one that actually fits him (we have 3, 2 of them don’t run at the moment). Now I just have to find the time to practice!

Riding is a time when I feel absolutely alive.

Most people that know me are surprised when I say that I want to drive a motorcycle. I’m scared of cars and driving fast. So this goal is just to learn to drive it and drive it once or a couple times. That’s it. That’s all I need to make myself feel better about being scared. It’s one of those things you do just to say u did it.

I really Love riding but seem to never get the change to be tought how to actually DRIVE. I like crotch rockets…not a Harley type girl really, but I just Love the feeling of riding and hope that one day soon enogh I will have my own bike to DRIVE off on when I need some relaxation and the wind blowing in my hair.

79, 80.. My ex-husband’s precious, immaculate silver Yamaha RD400. Oh.. I tumbled it a number of times while practicing. Never took it by myself on the road, just around and around the parking lot. Some [idiot] stole it not long after.

Have never forgotten and hope to one day soon do it again. Has repeatedly crossed my mind over the last couple of years about how much gas I might save just cruising the hills across this area with the way gas prices are going these days.. :)

PS. Does riding scooters on the wrong side of the road in the Bahamas count..? Did that in ‘94. THAT was a hoot and a half.. :D
