I am contemplating whether I should work out tonight or just get up early tomorrow. If I work out tonight, I’ll end up sleeping late because of the endorphins. Hmmm. Ok, maybe I’ll just get up extra early tomorrow and work out then.
Again, I’m not procrastinating. I’m just weighing the best option about this activity at the moment. Haha.
And now, my arms are feeling sore. I had to do it to make myself stronger than I am now. :) I will keep increasing the number of reps I do each week until I’m happy with how my body is turning out.
Yesterday, I did 3 sets of bicep exercises (10 reps) + 3 sets of arm raises (30 reps) + 3 sets of lateral raises (30 reps). I did the same exercise the day before yesterday.
I find that exercising makes me feel stronger and improves my mental state of mind to conquer my goal of finding a job in Singapore soon. :) Sound body, sound mind.
Can’t wait to work out tonight.
..tonight, I plan to another set of arm exercises with 45 second lunges, 10 reps each leg. Once I keep this habit of exercising for two weeks, I will cross this goal off.
Up the stairs, down the stairs, to the mall and back. Today’s exercise was all about power-walking in the city. :)
Today, I did two sets(with 35 reps) of arm exercises! I plan to make this a daily habit. Tomorrow, I plan on maybe hitting the gym near my place and working on the treadmill for an hour or so. I hope I don’t get too busy to for the treadmill tomorrow. I have to find a way so that I can integrate exercise with my daily routine without making it such a hassle to do! Hmmm..
I need to continue jogging monday thursday friday and saturday mornings!!! Tuesday is the long walk home, wednesday i have badminton and karate, sunday is the hiking with the dogs days =]
Since last week, I’ve been making a conscious effort to be more active in my movement. Instead of riding the escalator or the elevator, I’ve been using the stairs. Instead of lying on the couch while watching TV, I do my arm curls while watching TV. Haha. I still don’t feel any better, but I’m hoping that all my effort pays off in the future. I really want to get that fit body I had in 2003-2004 back again.
...last Sunday and my arms hurt like mad. I will seriously start working out in 2008. :) I’m going to get a ripped body in 2008!!
