I just played 36 holes over 3 days. I think I’m slowly getting better.

How I did it: My boyfriend worked with me quite a bit on it. I played a lot of Tiger Woods video game to learn the rules of the game. And watched A LOT of the golf channel! Then I went to the driving range and worked on my swing and finally have been going out and playing 9. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I took a PE credit class at my university. My Papa gave me some old golf clubs of my grandmother's, and I practiced a lot on my own at the driving range (20% of our grade was to be based on improvement). I played a couple games with my dad and Papa, and slowly but surely started to get the hang of things (a little). Read how I did it…

How I did it: I have been playing golf for 14 years, and i am very dedicated to improving my game, having said that, you cannot practice enough if you want to be good at this game. Playing a round of golf on a full size course is very challenging and when you are able to do this with any level of proficiency, it is one of the greatest feeling in the world. Golf can also be very frustrating, the ball does not always do what you want it to do. This will … Read how I did it…
How I did it: i took lessons over the summer. its alot harder then it looks. It is one of the most useful things i have learned. i feel alot more well-rounded, cause golf is a great sport, that not many people know how to play. Read how I did it…

Went to the driving range on Monday with Jules hit some balls around. I think it was a good start. I had fun, but got flusterd when other people showed up.
Last summer I bought some golf clubs but only made it out once, bad weather. It was fun though and I would like to learn how to properly play for this season.

Maybe I’ll take golf lessons at Queens. Now, my game is okay. Just have to get out there and play more often. Got a nice golf shirt for Christmas.
I just finished the first of I’m sure many golf lessons. The classes went over, the stroke, chipping, and putting. Unfortunately it’s the end of the year so finding an opportunity to put it into practice is going to have to wait until the spring, but hopefully I don’t forget too much before then.

My golf shoes hurt so bad! But, now that the weather is breaking a bit, maybe Kev. and I will go to Ladies Night golf next Tuesday.
Right now I’m enrolled in a golf class at BCC. So far it’s fun. Other than this class, I have no real experience playing. I am however pretty good at putt putt. Whenever I play with friends I always win. I had a boyfriend who was a good golfer, so I used to play with him a little, but I’d like to get good enough to start playing like once a week.
I now have tennis/golfers elbow. I played tennis and then went to a golf lesson…and 5 weeks later I’m still paying dearly for it! Too much action for this body I guess!! :(
I would like to take some golf lessons. I got my current job on a golf course and I would like to learn so that I am half-way decent. My boyfriend bought me golf shoes & a glove. We went golfing for the first time together this week its definetely a common goal so that helps. I think I will keep my clubs in the trunk so that I can go to the range often & practice. I also need to sign up for lessons—wish me luck-!!!!

Bought a pair of golf shoes today. My husband took me out to Pebble Creek to play my very first round of golf! He’s a good teacher and I didn’t do that bad. I’m learning about how the clubs work (I borrowed a friend’s set – she hates golf!). I even made par on one hole (if you subtract the two mulligan from the tee). Ha! But, we had a nice time and I can see myself really getting better. Gotta work on those drives.
