take up photography

I really need to get this 43Thing out of the way, its such a simple one for me to do too.
I have a camera, all i need to do is pick it up and use it. Im going to take it out with me tomorrow, and take some pictures when i walk home from work.

I want to do black & white and wild life photography

I want to take awesome pictures like this one.

I’d like to do all of these things. Eventually, I’d like to start a blog, depending on what it turns out I love to photograph. I hope my mom will teach me to use the camera, she is a photographer.

Pictures are a wonderful way to tell stories. I have not be formally trained in this, but would love to get a great camera and just snap picture every where I go. I would love to create a blog about it and just post my picutre up for the world to see. Ahhh, it is nice to dream, hopefully one day it will become a reality.

I’ve got the camera, i’ve got gimp, now i just need to go and take some pictures!

I have always loved taking photos with my point & click. I even took an intro to photography class in college. I LOVED being in the dark room, developing my own vision. Til this day there’s a digital camera ALWAYS within my reach. My family and friends have nicknamed me their personal paparazzi. But i want to get back in the art of photography. developing the film on my own. Putting together the images that speak to me.

Of course I take a lot of pictures, great pictures of people and friends, aswell as landscape. But I want to actually have the time to get into it, take a class. I take pictures when I can. I always see something, and think, ‘that would make a great picture, I wish I had my camera!’

My uploaded image is my scenery from my room at a resort in cuba last year, i loved it in B&W.

I’ve always been fascinated by the flashes, lenses and overall mystery of photography. I just think its such a classy and tasteful profession. Not necessarily portraits of people just landscapes and sceneries. Capturing the stillness and beauty of a moment love it love it love it…

I just joined one of the 365-day projects on Flickr to get in the habit of taking more pictures.
