Now if only I could find something that I could make for my guy friends…they didn’t seem too disappointed that they didn’t get handmade necklaces.

and gave them out at Alison’s Christmas party on Saturday. They seemed to go over well. I gave my roommate a necklace I made her and she was extraordinarily impressed – I think she thinks that I’m secretly Martha Stewart’s prodigy, except without the felonies, or something like that. Anyways. Still have a few friends at school that I’d like to make stuff for, then I can get started on people at home. On Saturday my friend Kate and I went to the bead store in Dupont, so I now have a few more fun beads to play with when I’m designing presents.
...or else they’re all going to leave before I have time to give them anything! The Christmas party my friend Alison is hosting, which will be attended by many of my friends and at which gifts shall be exchanged, is this Saturday, so somewhere amongst all the studying and writing and cramming and panic attacks I have to sit down and make stuff.
