I like long dark hair. My GF will have to like children, as I have 3 boys, and they visit me every-other weekend. At some point in the future, they will prob live with me, so I am looking for someone who will want to be a full partner.

Be levelheaded, be firm but kind, love kids, be creative or at least love the arts and want to be part of my creative life. I dream of getting a house together with a bright studio large enough for both of us. Taking trips to scenic places with the intention of painting or getting reference photos to paint from later.

Women my age SEEM to be done with having kids, or they already have grandkids. So until I find that one woman who is my age and is ok with grade school age boys, I am looking for someone about 5-8 yrs younger than me. That’s ok, I still feel 18 myself…

My idea of a life partner is basically not falling in love or getting married. People do fall in love however it takes two to tango, the partner should be in love as well with the person at the same level so both can enjoy a fruitful and happy relationship. The question is, for how long?

In marriage, two people find only security on paper, but it does not justify a strong relationship. I congratulate all couples who have enjoyed the fruits of marriage and family and it gives my heart a great joy to see old couples walking in parks, on a bus, in church who has been married for more than 30 years and stay as sweet as they had been when they were teenagers. Holding each others’ hand, smiling at each other and looking through each others’ eyes with fulfillment and happiness and thanking God that they are with the person sharing their whole life with full of love and joy. I also grieve with the people who have gone through a bad marriage.

A life partner should be a companion, a best friend, a sister, a mom all in one. And a person should also be able to give the same role to the other. By this, you can get mutual benefits from what you give specially love, trust and respect. Then true love will naturally be developed. And when destiny finally decides that they should be together, then comes marriage to spend, commit and devote your life to her forever.
