to be 100% honest..this actually works..I did it for a week..and each day I was losing one pound..though Christmas came along and I stuffed myself I’m starting again tomorrow..I ate breakfast which consists of half a chicken breast..baked with lemon juice..half a cup of veggies..raw..two egg whites boiled..(i beat the egg whites together and boiled them in a pan with a little water) a cup of soy milk..and a cup of coffee..black..the first couple days were hard but if you can get through one day..the rest should be easy.. and if I felt hungry I would drink water and look at a picture of Alessandra Ambrosio..haha..its easy when you find a reason to do this and practice controlling yourself.GOOD LUCK! <3 3 years ago
