Another well rested night last night but now I’m starting to wonder if I can keep this goal. With work and all the stuff that I need to do for school I simply don’t have time to sleep. I’m just a typical college student.

Yay! I got a good night’s rest last night! I woke up without my alarm this morning feeling refreshed.
my sleeping pattern is so screwed up :( would be heaps better to get more sleep every night

I figured out that it doesn’t fit into my lifestyle to achieve this goal every day. Sometimes it happens if I want it or not, because my body needs its sleep. But sometimes I have to be fit and awake after six hours.

I seem to have got into the habit .. actually I set my alarm for NINE hours of sleep but I seem to automatically wake after 8 hours .. am quite pleased with this working out well and I also feel much better for it.

Today I have the strange intention to get into bed by 9 p.m. Figure that early to bed early to rise thing might work for me .. and have always admired Jeffrey Archer’s habit of getting up at ungodly hours (even when he was in jail!) to spend an hour writing. Not sure I shall not lie tossing and turning .. but my doc has put me on sleep aids for a week so I’m hoping it will work and I can change my sleeping hours. Let’s see how it goes. Plus I’m very anti-social and hermitlike so it will be a good excuse to get out of dinner invitations.
I must say, it is absolutely impossible for me to do this one. 8 hours of sleep and college go together like oil and water. Sorry guys, I give up!
