I’m doing the feng shui thing without spending money…
I need to keep track of what I’m doing because if I don’t start keeping track I won’t get anything done… I’m going to try to keep things simple and avoid spending money on charms and crystals.. at least.
So here are my steps for today. I have to go slow, I have a baby.
1. Clear the clutter under the bed.
2. Clean out my closet, and make sure there is NOTHING on the floor but shoes. (I have been avoiding this for a while now)
That’s all I’m gonna do I think

WEll, I keep trying to clean it and organize it. However, its where I change my clothes and store extra stuff, so it is multi-purpose and seems to get messed up as soon as I clear it.
I think it is time to put some serious energy into cleaning and organizing it though, since it is in the relationship corner of the house.
I was the leader of a native theme autumn equinoxe and my little native american drum ended up in there this week. That made me think that a native theme in that room is not a bad idea. So, let’s see what I get done this next week! I have some time this week-end!!

I’ve lived in cluttered chaos for the last ten years. This year I’m going to empty my house of all unnecessary objects and possessions – and I aim to be quite ruthless about it! It’s as if the clutter and chaos is an expression of the inner state of chaos and distress that’s been within me for a long time, strangling my energy and joy. THis is a clean sweep I can do now as my inner life is cleaning out and lifting immensely – and I am so excited about this project it feels like a whole new lease of life!!

I fear I must use the word Fraud. I was taken for a ride.
I guess it was like stealing toys from a child…But I have learnt my lesson.
I still belive feng shui gives good practical advice on how to declutter your living space and make it harmonius.

I need a clutter buster. I need time and energy to get rid of all the junk I no longer need or want. My house is too small for all the things we’ve collected and inherited. In the same year, I finally got my share of my grandmother’s keepsakes and my brother in law died and my mother in law gave us all his Star Wars and Star Trek memorabilia, etc. I mean boxes and boxes worth. My hubby won’t part with one single thing and we have no room for them. They’re still in boxes. I understand. I feel guilty parting with anything from my grandma, either. And yet, it’s making my house a mess! The garage is full and there’s no basements in Florida for storage. I really need to learn the art of feng shui and stop feeling guilty and don’t feel I have to keep everything.

I have been letting go of a lot of stuff for the past 2 years… but it just seems like there is more to follow… how do we manage to pick up so many things… i still want to continue clearing out the house… i did a little in the bedroom today… it’s all baby steps… about 2 years ago – i cleared out a lot of clutter from the kitchen… loved it… 4 months ago, worked in the library, but still having difficulty in letting things go…

one year ago i moved into a newly built house. everything was fine, dandy & clean. it’s starting to drive me wacko. i need interior design help. i buy things on a whim and i never feel that any of it works together. not even sure what my style is. i’m striving for stylish but feel that i’m failing miserably. i’m looking to get the family room, kitchen, powder room and master bedroom in order. after that i’ll move into the other very empty rooms. my goal is to pull it all together—winter projects for myself.

Bedroom, guest room/office, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom. Can you feng shui a bathroom? I tried to fs my office, but the phone connection wouldn’t allow it. I’ll do what I can. I think I’ve somewhat successfully finished the major pieces in my guest room/office, so that’s a start. I’m not going to go nuts with it because the layout of the house just won’t allow a strict compliance, but I’ll get as much accomplished as I can.
