Buy a Journal and actually use it

this didn’t work, I don’t know why, cos I have kept one most years I keep losing them then buying new ones then losing them then finding old ones by which time I’ve bought several new ones. Maybe I should address the issues I have with memory first.

I love writing! Every since I started college, I have been keeping a journal, and I go through about one each season. I now have a whole shelf on my bookshelf devoted to journals. They are so great for expressing yourself, and will come in handy when looking back to see how you’ve grown and changed.

Its the most comforting thing ever.

except I’ve decided to write a poem in it everyday. I started it on monday and forgot to write one on tuesday… not looking very good is it?

The whole time I lived in Glasgow I kept a journal and wrote in it most days, I wrote some good stuff too, stuff I have used for poetry readings and stuff, but being back in Newcastle I’ve become quite lazy, and haven’t written a non disseratation related thing since September. I think I’ll buy one today… or maybe tommorrow seeing as this is my Jet lag day of doing nothing.
