For Christmas I’ve received a book: The art of meditation.
I will start in the next days.
How to have a daily meditation routine
How I did it: I made a checklist of things that I wanted to do every day, including meditation in the morning and evening. I made the checklist in a speadsheet, so I could easily print more off when I need them.
All I do is look at the checklist every day, and try to tick everything off. In the case of meditation I write how long I did it for. I time myself using a travel alarm clock that cost a few pounds, and is useful for lots of other things too!
Lessons & tips: Make sure you have something to remind you!
Keep track of whether you're doing it or not.
People doing this are also doing these things:

I’ve been meditating 5pm-6pm for about 2 years
Recently 6:30am-7am and 10:20pm-10:50pm
Might try 11:00am-11:45am
Time to practice… I need it. There is an audio program that I can begin with so that I will have guidance…
...Is definitely worth it! I’ve been doing it for many years and probably will do so until I can’t do it anymore.
I should at least start one time a week and set aside time for my spiritual growth.
Hello all. I’ve been an anxious procrastinator for a long time. I recently started an hourly 5 minute meditation/visualization that helps me when I do it. This weekend, I’m going to a Christian Meditation seminar. Check out my online group I just created:

Peace be with you
Although a new practicing Tibetan Buddhist (non-ordained), I’m not very good with self-discipline. Let me rephrase that—I haven’t been very good with it. I’m changing that now.
One of the problems I’m having is knowing which meditation would be the most beneficial for me to do right now. The one I do the most is watching my thoughts, and staying detatched. I want to go deeper than this, however.
But hey, just the fact that we’re all here says we’re doing better! :o)
Peace,
BuddhaBun
I’ve been doing well so far. It’s the most relaxing thing I have ever done, and it helps with my anxiety attacks too.
i read a passage in a devotional book. then i write a grateful list. if it’s a good day, i get on my knees and pray.
I can not have a meditaion these days.
when I had it, I need to some gift for me.
