iv done this a few times before.. iv won a few awards .. but thats all kids stuff.. i want to make some thing serious.. with a good story .. strong characters.. and lots of layers.. i want to make a moving peice of art… ... well i shall try

Thesis time

Well here it is, my last few quarters of work for my bachelor of fine arts in computer animation and I have to concieve of my thesis film. I want to do someting within my abilities, but that pushes me a bit. Getting something finished for a change would try me quite a bit though.
I hope to have someting that I could truly be proud to submit to the SIGGRAPH electronic theater this year. It would be great if I had something that would be worth it for people to pass around on the internet that would get exposure, such as in the success stories of some of today’s prominent animatiors.
To start, I need an idea, and a script. And then I need to bust my butt getting characters made and rigged and leave myself enough time to do the animating.
Next summer I hope I have something you’ll see at SIGGRAPH.
